is the first platform dedicated to local educational-service discovery in Ho Chi Minh City HocGanNha (HGN) is a free platform focused on Ho Chi Minh City that helps people discover learning opportunities and activities, while helping service providers get discovered by more people.Providers can create a professional profile, showcase their services through dedicated service pages, and make those services accessible to people through HGN, search engines, and AI assistants.HGN is specifically designed around the discovery and presentation of learning services and activities, making it easier for people to find relevant opportunities and easier for providers to present what they offer in one structured place.
Anyone who genuinely provides safe, professional educational services or related activities, such as hobby practice and other learning-oriented activities, can register as a service provider.HGN is currently focused on Ho Chi Minh City (HCMC), so your services should be relevant to people in the city. You do not necessarily have to be based in HCMC if you provide services to people there.
HGN currently covers services in categories including Language, Academic Tutoring, Swimming, Sports, Music, Martial Arts / Self-Defense, Dance, Art & Crafts, Yoga, STEM / Robotics, Cooking, Life Skills, Photography, and Chess. You can submit multiple services, and we strongly encourage you to submit all the services you offer. Each service gets its own dedicated page, giving people another opportunity to discover what you offer. The more services you make available, the more ways people can find your offerings through HGN and beyond. Each service should contain sufficient information and an appropriate image so people can clearly understand what you offer and your service page can stand out among other services.Services can be submitted as a Lesson, Course, Workshop, Program, Practice, Club, Summer Camp, Training, or Session.
You can provide detailed information to clearly showcase each service, including its title, description, field, service type, target audience, expertise level, duration, sessions per week, session length, schedule, price, whether a free trial is available, and other supporting content such as an image, video, and more. You can also specify how the service is delivered — on-site, remotely/online, or at home. For on-site services, you can specify the location or locations. For at-home services, you can indicate the areas you cover. This lets you present each service in a structured way so people can quickly understand what it is, who it is for, when and where it is available, and how much it costs.
Yes, but this depends on your provider type.Providers registered as an organization can add multiple locations and multiple contacts (points of contact, or POCs). You can then assign a specific location and/or specific contact to a specific service. For example, Service A can be associated with Location C and Contact F.If you have more than one location or contact, make sure you select Organization as your provider type when registering. An individual provider has a primary location and primary contact, but does not have the additional-location and additional-contact features available to organizations. You are not locked into your initial choice. You can change your provider type between Individual and Organization after registration if your situation changes.
People can discover your services on HocGanNha.com through different parts of the platform, primarily through HGN's search feature.HGN is designed to make services discoverable using structured information such as service category, type, target audience, expertise level, location, and other service details. This gives people a more focused way to find learning opportunities that match what they are looking for.Shortly after you submit a service, if it complies with our Terms of Use and contains sufficient information, HGN submits the page for indexing by search engines such as Google and Bing. Indexing is ultimately determined by each search engine.HGN also allows AI crawlers, including OAI-SearchBot from OpenAI, to access provider profiles and service pages. This makes your services available as potential sources for AI assistants when they are looking for relevant information.
Absolutely. Your provider profile and each service page have a unique link that you can easily share using the orange Share button.Simply click Share, copy the link, and paste it into Zalo, Facebook, WhatsApp, email, another messaging app, a social media post, or any other communication channel you use with potential students, customers, or others.HGN does not need to replace the channels you already use. You can use those channels to direct people to a dedicated HGN page where they can see the full details of your provider profile or service.
Every provider profile and service page can have a Send Message button. Visitors can use it to send you a message through HGN without seeing your email address. You can read, reply to, and keep track of your conversations through your HGN Inbox. You can also star messages and report inappropriate messages. When someone sends you a message through HGN, HGN will send you an email notification. You can also choose to provide a phone number for calls and/or Zalo for calls or messages. If appropriate, you can choose whether to display your full address so potential students or customers can visit your location.
People can follow your provider profile on HGN. When you publish an important update, such as adding a new service, HGN will send an email notification to all of your followers who have not unsubscribed from email updates. This gives your updates a direct way to reach people who have chosen to follow you. Unlike a social media feed, where new posts can quickly push older posts out of view, your HGN services remain available as dedicated pages that people can continue to discover.

You don't have to stop using Facebook, Zalo, WhatsApp, your website, Google Maps, or other services you already use. HGN is designed to solve a different problem.Education service providers often have their services scattered across feeds, groups, chats, maps, websites, and other places. Information gets posted, updated, and communicated in different places, making it harder to keep everything organized and harder for people to find the right service.Social media feeds are particularly difficult for this. New posts quickly push older posts out of view, and even people who follow you may not see every update. A service you posted weeks or months ago can effectively disappear from attention.HGN is specifically designed around education-service discovery. Instead of having your services scattered across different places, HGN gives you one structured place where your provider profile, services, locations, contacts, and conversations can be organized and discovered.People also don't need an HGN account or to log in to view your public provider profile and service pages. They can discover your services through HGN's search, search engines, and AI assistants, then contact you through the available contact options.Your own website can be valuable too, but making sure it follows current search engine best practices and is accessible to AI crawlers requires ongoing technical work. HGN is built from the ground up with discoverability and accessibility to both people and machines in mind. Those other services don't have to disappear from your strategy. They simply weren't designed to solve this particular problem. HocGanNha was.
Google Maps is primarily designed to help people find places and businesses. HGN is designed specifically to help people discover learning services and activities. When someone is looking for a karate class, for example, they may want to know much more than where a place is. They may want to find a service for a particular audience, at a particular expertise level, with a particular schedule, price, service type, delivery method, or location.Google Maps is not built around this kind of education-service discovery. HocGanNha is.With HGN, you can create a dedicated provider profile and detailed service pages containing information such as what you offer, who a service is for, the expertise level, service type, schedule, price, locations, dedicated contact person (POC), delivery method, and other service-specific details. People can then discover those services using HGN's search and the structured information provided on each service page.HGN also provides a dedicated environment for presenting multiple educational services, managing their information, communicating with interested people through HGN's messaging system, and building an audience that can be notified about important new services and updates. And while Google Maps can be useful for helping people find your location, it is not a comprehensive directory of every education service available in a city. HGN's purpose is different: to bring education providers and the people looking for their services together in one focused place. You don't have to choose between them. Google Maps can help people find your location, while HGN can help people discover what you actually offer.HGN is not intended to replace Google Maps. It provides a more focused environment for discovering, presenting, managing, and communicating about learning services and activities.
Of course. HGN will continue to evolve based on the needs of providers and participants. Improvements, new features, and potential support for additional categories will be introduced from time to time.We encourage you to share your ideas, thoughts, and feedback with the HocGaNha Team at any time, either through the email address at the bottom of this page or through the dedicated Feedback button on the platform in the bottom-right corner. We'd love to hear from you!
